Northern Light Health is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Contract Specialist. The Contract Specialist will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and drafting a variety of contractual arrangements, which may include IS contracts, real estate contracts, materials contracts, staffing contacts, professional service agreements, etc. The Contract Specialist will be responsible for reviewing agreements to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal law, as well as assisting in the negotiation of terms within agreements. The Contract Specialist will also assist team members and clients with understanding contract terms and conditions. The Legal Contract Specialist should have a comprehensive understanding of contract law and will strive to keep this knowledge current. Excellent written communication skills are vital. The Contract Specialist must be able to multi-task and thrive in a busy, dynamic corporate setting.

Responsibilities:
- Review, analyze and draft contracts.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders regarding contracts.
- Assist attorneys with contract review and negotiation.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of key contract law provisions.
- Other Duties as Assigned.
Other Information:
- 3-5 years relevant work experience required.
Education
- Required Bachelor’s Degree (Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Law or related field. Law degree and/or paralegal training preferred.)
